About Valencia

Valencia is a thin-skinned, very juicy sweet orange best known for juice quality and excellent on-tree holding. It ripens late and may re-green on the outside during warm weather even when internally mature.

Growing Valencia Orange

Valencia is self-fruitful and needs a warm climate with protection from damaging freezes. Taste fruit before harvest, especially when summer heat causes rind re-greening, and expect a large tree unless it is grafted on a dwarfing rootstock.
